When connecting your Drop Scale to your phone or tablet, some Android devices will by default request a PIN for the Bluetooth connection. This is not necessary for connecting to your Drop Scale. Simply dismiss the notification with 'Cancel' or 'Ignore' depending on your device. Your Drop Scale should connect to your phone or tablet so long as Bluetooth is enabled.
