If your Drop Scale was purchased from a retailer, it must be returned to their location in accordance with their return and refund policy. We can only accept returns for orders placed through getdrop.com or the Drop Recipes app.

  • You can return an unopened Drop Scale for up to 20 days from the date of delivery.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in the original packaging. Please include the Getting Started leaflet with your return.
  • You will be responsible for shipping charges to return the package to Drop Headquarters in Ireland or the USA.

We will not honor the return of a Drop scale that we determine is in unacceptable condition or without the accompanying leaflet. If you choose to retrieve an ineligible return, you will be responsible for the associated shipping charges.

Once the returned item has arrived at the Drop office, either in Dublin or San Francisco, your refund will be initiated immediately. We can only offer refunds on orders made from our online store and credit the original card on file.

Credit or debit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five to ten business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact your bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

We want Drop Scale to provide you with a lifetime of hassle-free operation, resulting in (literally) mountains of delicious home-prepared treats.
