Absolutely. If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason, please let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll reimburse you immediately through Stripe, our payment provider. Please allow 5-10 business days, depending on your bank, for the money to reach your account.
If your order has already shipped, it unfortunately gets a little more difficult. In this case, you will have to wait until your package arrives and then send it back to us. Please note that we do not pay for return shipping. As soon as your return has arrived, we'll issue the reimbursement. Learn more about returns and refunds here.
